Pharmacology

This specialization focuses on the study of drug action, mechanisms, and their effects on living systems. Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Pharmaceutical Chemistry combines organic, medicinal, and analytical chemistry to design, synthesize, and evaluate therapeutic agents. The program emphasizes drug design, structure–activity relationships, synthesis of novel molecules, and modern analytical techniques used in quality control and pharmaceutical research & development.

Pharmacognosy

Pharmacognosy deals with naturally derived drugs from plants, microbes, and marine sources. Students explore phytochemistry, herbal drug standardization, isolation of bioactive compounds, and the development of nutraceuticals and herbal formulations — bridging traditional knowledge with modern scientific validation.

Pharmaceutics

Pharmaceutics focuses on the science of dosage form design, drug delivery systems, and formulation development.
